Milestone: VW car club donates to VHOCC

The Strait Air Volksgrüppe VW Car Club recently donated $1,800 to the Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County from the club’s North Olympic Volksfair XV VW Car Show held Aug. 20 at 7 Cedars Resort in Blyn.

Club members are Volkswagen vehicle owners and enthusiasts based in Port Angeles.

VHOCC’s mission is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families with free around-the-clock registered nursing availability and trained volunteers.
