Sequim stylist opens Port Angeles salon

Jacy Tolliver, of Sequim, recently opened Allure Hair Design in Port Angeles at 618 E. Front St. Tolliver, a hair stylist for three years, said Allure is a full-service salon and she specializes in hair color. A ribbon-cutting ceremony Feb. 21 marked the grand opening of the salon. First Federal hosts investment seminar

First Federal hosts an after-hours seminar, “Investing in a Low Interest Rate Environment,” from 6-7:30 p.m. today, Feb. 22, at the Sequim Avenue branch, 333 N. Sequim Ave. Financial consultant Travis Berglund presents alternative strategies for income in today’s marketplace.

Learn successful landscape design

An educator, landscape designer and nurseryman, Marshall established one of the outstanding horticulture programs in Washington and is the director of the environmental horticulture program at Lake Washington Technical College. His book “Northwest Home Landscaping” will be available.

Lewicki marks 20 years with Ameriprise Financial

Sequim businessman Leonard Lewicki is celebrating his 20th year with Ameriprise Financial. He has been in financial services for 39 years, since his graduation from the University of Illinois College of Law. With offices in Sequim and Bellevue, Lewicki was named by Seattle Magazine as a Five-Star Wealth Manager in 2011. Lewicki is active in local organizations and is president of the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula.
