Publishers donating to YMCA

In May, for everyone buying a book at, they will contribute $10 to the scholarship program at Olympic Peninsula YMCA branches for children’s water safety and swim programs for the summer.

Drive-thru fudge, prayer business reopens for season

WeDo Fudge, Sequim’s drive-thru fudge and prayer stand, reopened for the season on May 4. This year’s hours at the drive-thru at 11 Valley Center Place, Carlsborg, are noon-5 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday.

In 2021, WeDo Fudge donated to Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County, Sequim High School graduation party and Samaritans Purse. The business is accepting applications now for their charitable giving for 2022. Find an application at, email to or stop by the drive-thru.
