Unruh joins Brody Broker real estate team

Brody Broker Team welcomes Adam Unruh as a new real estate agent at their office, 244 W Washington St.

He can be reached at 360-622-1024.

Nikola Broadband/ Nikola Engineering are moving

Since 2003, Nikola (as Nikola Broadband) has been serving the under and unserved areas in and around Sequim with high-speed internet. Now, the business is moving into a new location at 615 N. Fifth Ave. About 17 years ago, Nikola Engineering moved its offices from Modesto, Calif., to Sequim, at its current location at 224 W. Washington St.

“We don’t expect to cause any downtime for our customers during this transition,” staff said. “However, do try to give us some extra time to respond to the phone and tickets for the next couple of weeks as we settle in. The new building gives us some more room to grow and shows our commitment to stay on the peninsula providing exceptional services.”

Nikola is maintaining the current lease through the end of the year, so payments can still be taken at their current drop box in front of 224 W. Washington St., or by mail, staff said last week. The company should be able to accept both payment and mail at the new location by the end of the week, they said.
