New wedding/events coordinator

Charcuterie subject of talk at Nash’s

The unique art of charcuterie (the creation of cured meats and meat products) will be the subject of a talk by John Pabst, owner of Pacific Pantry in Sequim, at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness, at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19.

The talk is free and open to the public.

Cupping offered

Lavish Day Spa, located in the Sequim Gym, 145 E. Washington St. Ste. A, has begun offering cupping services as both a stand‐alone service and an add‐on service to massage therapy.

Fall prevention workshop

Fit4Life Studio, 1245 W. Washington St., Sequim, will host a fall prevention workshop at noon, Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the studio, presented by Pauline Geraci, certified personal trainer and owner of Fit4Life Studio, and Jason Wilwert, physical therapist and owner of Sequim Physical Therapy.
