The City of Sequim is seeking proposals from agencies that provide mental health services for school-age children and adults. If your agency is interested in providing these services for city residents, complete a Request for Proposal, which is available on the city’s website under City Government/City Clerk/Human Services.

A subcommittee will review the proposals and make a recommendation to the city council on funding allocations based on the information provided in proposals. Proposals are due no later than 4 p.m. on Oct. 3.

The agency whose proposal is approved by the city council will be required to enter into a contract for services as outlined in the proposal. Contact Karen Kuznek-Reese, city clerk, at kkuznek@sequimwa.gov or 683-4139 with any questions.
