Give yourself a gift

Throw out the concept and phrase: “Just Move”

We all know it is too minimal to really help. Adopt a new phrase and new goal for the New Year.

Move “ATYLDOI” = Move As Though Your Life Depends On It.

Because it does! The kind of life we each enjoy is highly dependent on moving as though your life depends on it. We all like the ability to live in and function in our own homes: to dress and feed and bathe by ourselves, to drive to the store or concert, to visit with friends and family.

“Just Move” is an incredibly inaccurate idea of what we need. We need daily effective exercise to live the life we hope for.

Get started now. Today!

Move “ATYLDOI” = Move As Though Your Life Depends On It. Because it does!
