Gem, mineral group sets ‘No Show’ — ‘Rock Show’

With the COVID pandemic shutting down its past three shows, the Clallam County Gem & Mineral Association is adjusting to host a “Now Show” — “Rock Show” open house from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, at the club’s shop at 40 W. Harrison Road in Sequim.

Club members will be selling rough rock, slabs, polished cabochons, beads, jewelry, used equipment, storage containers, used tools and miscellaneous item. There will also be children’s games, a raffle and grab bags with surprises, and attendees can view the club’s shop and classrooms. Free rocks for children will be available while supplies last.

All attendees must follow COVID guidelines, including wearing a mask.
