SHE moms’ group

Sequim Community Church, 950 N. Fifth Ave., hosts SHE, a group for younger women – especially mothers — that provides spirituality, growth and relationships with other women without the time commitment or homework of in-depth Bible study.

The group meets at 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays from late September to June, following the public school calendar.

Speakers and discussions are biblically based to help women find strength for daily life. The church provides nursery and preschool classes while the women meet. The next series will be "Overflowing? Or Running on Empty: Taking Care of You in Mind, Body and Spirit."

SHE welcomes any women who are interested. Call 683-4194.
