Crooks mark 50th anniversary

Roger and Mary Crook of Sequim celebrated their 50th anniversary in June with a trip to central California. The couple married June 16, 1967, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Bremerton.

After living in Germany and in other Washington towns, the couple moved to Clallam County in 1978. Both taught in the Sequim schools, he from 1978-2004 and she from 1985-2005. Roger played French horn with the Port Angeles Symphony and Port Townsend Orchestra for many years. The couple have two children, Austin and Amy.
