Eight human resources staffers were honored at a recent board of Olympic Medical Center commissioners board meeting.

They include: HR Business Systems Analyst Robin Trent; HR Business Partners Megan Finnie, Katie Goytowski, Tammy Hueter and Melissa Saksa; Charisma Luke, HR Operations Supervisor-Special Projects; HR Executive Assistant Adam Purcell, and OMP Operations Manager Samantha Jacobson.

Olympic Medical Human Resources processes hundreds of applications each month.

Jennifer Burkhardt, Olympic Medical Center Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel, and Human Resources Manager Heather Delplain honored the staff.

“This team successfully implemented a new software program to facilitate and track annual performance appraisals for our more than 1,500 employees, organization-wide,” Burkhardt said.

“They also streamlined the employment application process to improve efficiencies in the hiring process.”
