Sequim High School’s WW Saxophone Ensemble earned a spot at the State Solo and Ensemble Contest 2023 in late April at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, competing in the Woodwinds-Large Ensemble competition.

Under the direction of George Rodes, team members include juniors Ozzy Hernández and Anton Hilmisson, sophomores Kimberly Heintz and Michael Morton, and freshmen Ben Greatwood and Abraham Herrera.
