The Sunland Homeowners Scholarship Committee selected three graduating Sequim High School seniors to receive scholarships in 2022.

Each will receive a one-time, $4,000 scholarship for their upcoming freshman year.

The three recipients include:

• Melanie Byrne, who will be attending Peninsula College to complete her welding certification program;

• Hannah Hampton, who will be attending the University of Washington and majoring in pre-medicine; and,

• Ruby Romano, who will be attending the University of Idaho and majoring in business

“It is a privilege to support our Sequim students,” organization representatives said.
