Summer camp registration begins April 3

Registration for Olympic Nature Experience’s Summer Camps & Adventure Club Family Play Group opens to the public on April 3.

Olympic Nature Experience is an all-outdoor school formed in 2014 offering preschool, homeschool enrichment and after school programs during the school year as well as camps and family playgroups in the summer.

This year, Olympic Nature Experience is offering families an opportunity to register by the week, rather than by month.

“We recognize that many families plan vacations or camping trips this time of year and hope that our new summer camp registration format accommodates travels and ultimately opens up more outdoor opportunities for children in our programs this summer,” said Merissa Koller Williams, Olympic Nature Experience’s executive director.

The organization will host summer programs five days per week in Agnew this summer, thanks to a continued partnership with the Green Point Foundation and Lazy J Tree Farm.

Owl’s Hollow Nature School will open fall registration April 24 for Early Learning (ages 3-5), Nature Skills I Homeschool Enrichment (ages 5-6) and Nature Skills II Homeschool Enrichment (ages 7-10).

These classes are conducted entirely outdoors, September through June, at the Dungeness Recreation Area and Green Point in Agnew.
