Birdwalk catches summer colors

Summer warblers, vireos, tanagers, grosbeaks and flycatchers are in town and birdwatchers of all ages are invited to join a Dungeness River Center naturalist for a free bird walk by the Dungeness River from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at the center in Railroad Bridge Park, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road.

Bring binoculars, bird books and shoes suitable for walking on the Olympic Discovery Trail.
