Ridge rides start Jan. 6

Get rides to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park via Olympic Hiking Co. starting Saturday, Jan. 6. Shuttles, which will be active on Saturdays and Sundays through March 31, leave from the Port Angeles Wharf pickup point, 115 E. Railroad Ave., at 8:30 a.m. (arrive between 8-8:15 a.m. for check-in) and return at about 3:30 p.m., providing a 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. time-frame for activities on the ridge.

Tickets start at $15 for adults with park pass and youths 15 and younger, $30 for adults without a pass. Note: National Parks Pass overs the $15 park entrance fee for up to four adult passengers traveling together.
