A capsized boat continues to bob in and out of the water off Gardiner Beach as it waits for its unknown owners to return or is attended to by the US Coast Guard on Aug. 29. Clallam County Fire District 3 was notified of a boat about 18 feet in length half-way submerged under water off the shore of the 700 block of Gardiner Beach Road. Ken Henshaw, a Gardiner resident who called in the boat to emergency responders, said it has been in the water for about two days and was worried about gas leaking into the water.
