Washington St., on Wednesday, Dec. 31 for the Noon New Year’s Eve party hosted by the North Olympic Library System for children and their grown-ups. Tykes celebrated the upcoming new year with a balloon drop, crafts and dancing, Similar celebrations took place at the libraries in Forks and Port Angeles, funded by Friends of the Library groups.
