Sequim Elks Lodge 2642 honored Annabelle Armstrong (pictured at right with Elks representative Doug Metz) as its Student of the Month at its Social Night Dinner meeting in May.

She is a sophomore at Sequim High School and was chosen for her high academic scores as well as school activities. When ask what her favorite class is, she responded, “All of them.”

Her current courses include Leadership, Honors Biology, Spanish, Honors World Literature, geometry and glass fusing.

Her extracurricular activities include swimming, track and vocal ensemble. Armstrong’s future plans are to get a part-time job and upon graduation attend a college or university.

She is the daughter of Lora and Craig Armstrong of Sequim.
