Clallam County Superior Court
James D. Palmer – Palmer, 33, Sequim, was charged Nov. 16 with one count each of delivery of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver or manufacture marijuana. According to court documents, officers allegedly found marijuana in Palmer’s car and house during a search that was based on statements from another suspect.
Brandon J. Hensley – Hensley, 23, Sequim, was charged Nov. 16 with one count each of unlawful use of a building for drug purposes, delivery of marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana. According to court documents, Hensley allegedly allowed people to use his apartment to sell marijuana.
Richard H. Price – Price, 18, Sequim, was charged Nov. 17 with one count of delivery of a controlled substance. According to court documents, Price allegedly sold Ecstasy in Sequim on numerous occasions during November.
Matthew Richard Ball – Ball, 26, Tacoma, was sentenced Nov. 17 on one count of possession of methamphetamine. He will serve 30 days in jail, serve 24 months probation, not use alcohol or visit taverns, submit to home visits to ensure compliance and pay $2,250 in fines and court costs with restitution to be determined.
Lovera Marjorie Blackcrow – Blackcrow, 29, Port Angeles, had her Nov. 16 trial on one count of vehicular homicide – DUI rescheduled to Feb. 22 because her attorney had not received discovery items. According to court records, Blackcrow allegedly was driving her Ford Expedition under the influence of alcohol on Aug. 16 when she collided with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle at Dry Creek Road and Edgewood Drive in Port Angeles, resulting in the death of the motorcycle passenger, Shelly Bartlett.
Tyler J. Bond – Bond, 20, Sequim, was sentenced Nov. 10 on one count each of reckless driving, minor driving after consumption of alcohol and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. He was credited with 37 days in jail and the remaining 512 days suspended; he must obtain a substance abuse evaluation, pay $943 in fines and court costs and be on drug court-supervised probation for 24 months.
Kristopher Boynton – Boynton, 27, Sequim, was sentenced Nov. 12 to drug court and $2,250 in fines and court costs for one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
Joseph L. Clark – Clark, 29, Roy, was sentenced Nov. 17 on one count of conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary. He will serve 30 days in jail and pay $2,350 in fines and court costs. According to court records, Clark and an accomplice, Matthew R. Ball, were planning to break into a Sequim business when they were arrested on outstanding warrants. Drugs and paraphernalia were found during the ensuing search of their car.
Christopher Conrardy – Conrardy, 25, Sequim, was sentenced Nov. 17 to drug court on one count each of residential burglary and fourth-degree assault. He also will pay $1,150 in fines and court costs and have no contact with his two victims for 10 years. According to Clallam County Sheriff’s Office reports, Conrardy forced his way into a Sequim residence Feb. 5 and assaulted the male and female occupants.
Keith O. Weymiller – Weymiller, 25, Sequim, had his conditions of release modified on Nov. 20. He is required to stay at a Port Townsend address and go to work from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weymiller faces a Jan. 25 trial on one count each of second-degree assault and first-degree attempted rape.
Benjamin K. Wyant – Wyant, 30, Port Angeles, was sentenced Nov. 9 on one count of second-degree malicious mischief. He will serve 32 days in jail with 22 days converted to 176 hour community service and pay $2,210 in fines and court costs. According to court documents, Wyant broke a window in his estranged wife’s car and then kicked out a window of a Sequim police car on June 15.
