Superior Court

Ashley Nicole McElwee – McElwee, 25, Sequim, appeared in court March 22 following her March 21 arrest on one count of third-degree theft and two counts of drug possession. According to court records, McElwee allegedly was caught shoplifting four DVDs from a Sequim grocery store, then allegedly was found in possession of prescription narcotics.

Patricia E. Winkelman – Winkelman, 30, Sequim, made her first court appearance March 22 following her March 19 arrest for second-degree assault. According to court records, Winkelman allegedly assaulted a woman with a bar glass twice and kneed her once.

Ashley Michele Burton – Burton, 22, Sequim, will plead guilty and be sentenced on April 8. She was charged Jan. 11 with one count of possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana. According to court records, Burton allegedly was found in possession of 3.8 grams of methamphetamine Jan. 8 while being booked on an arrest warrant.

Jason Lamoine Doetch – Doetch, 33, Portland, Ore., was charged March 23 with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count each of delivery of marijuana and delivery of a controlled substance, all with a school bus zone enhancement. According to court records, Doetch allegedly sold cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms to an undercover informant three times in February and March 2008. An arrest warrant was issued for Doetch.

Kalee Ann Wood – Wood, 27, Sequim, was charged March 23 with one count of delivery of a controlled substance. According to court records, Wood allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover informant in June 2008. An arrest warrant was issued March 23.
