Sequim man gets first lifetime ace

Larry Blydenstein of Sequim got his first hole-in-one, on Sept. 19 at The Cedars at Dungeness golf course. Blydenstein used a 7-iron to ace the 140-yard hole No. 4 at The Cedars.

Adam Barrell, Bill Francis and Brad Hardy, all from Sequim, witnessed the feat.

 

Hole-in-one achieved

Elaine Fredrickson sank a hole-in-one back in late August.

She used a 7-wood to ace hole No. 17 at The Cedars at Dungeness.

 

PA man sinks one

Soren Hammen of Port Angeles got his first hole-in-one, acing the No. 11 hole at The Cedars at Dungeness on Sept. 14.

Hammen used a 9-iron to drive the 135-yard hole.

Jesse Clark of Port Angeles witnessed the feat.

 

Visitor gets ace No. 6

Jeremy Rater of Honolulu got his sixth lifetime hole-in-one earlier this week, acing hole No. 17 at The Cedars at Dungeness on Sept. 22.

Rater used a pitching wedge to drive the 150-yard hole. Jimmy Johnson of Poulsbo, Joe Whitbeck of Kingston and Mike Nusshammer of Suquamish witnessed the feat.
