Bill Holst and Barry Soble won gold in both basketball events on Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Olympic Peninsula Senior Games in Port Angeles.

Holst set an all-time high scoring record in Hot Shots (51) for any age group since the games began in 2005, while also winning his age bracket (75-79) in free throws.

Soble had the top free throw score for all age groups this year while taking a close win in Hot Shots for his bracket (65-69).

Both train at the Sequim Aquatic Recreation Center.
