boutique opened
Imagine Gifts & Boutiques has opened at 375 W. Bell St., Sequim.
The store, which opened Dec. 19, sells gifts, decor, furniture and accessories.
Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, except holidays.

Feasibility study and business plan taught
Olympic Peninsula Entrepreneur Network and MarketED Direction host a hands-on workshop to teach inventors and home-based business owners how to do a feasibility study and how to do a business plan.
The workshop is held 7-10 p.m. Tuesdays Jan 5-19 at Carpenters Hall, 416 E. First St., Port Angeles.
The cost is $175 per person for the nine-hour workshop and includes a workbook.

Lending class offered
"Yes, Banks Are Still Lending to Small Businesses!" will be presented at several First Federal bank branches.
The free programs begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, at the Sequim Avenue branch, 333 N. Sequim Ave.; Thursday, Jan. 14, at the Port Angeles Eastside branch, 1603 E. First St.; and Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Port Townsend Castle Hill branch, 1321 Sims Way.

winter hours
Botanical Touch shop hours will be 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday for January-March 2010, starting Jan. 2.
The store, 115 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim, closes at 4:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday Dec. 31-Jan. 1 to celebrate New Year’s Day.
