Free Public Meeting “Finding the World’s Birds-Adventures in Travel”

Dave Shackelford, Rockjumper Birding Tours, will present “Finding the World’s Birds – Adventures in Travel”.
 
The Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society’s monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 7:00pm, Dungeness River Audubon Center @ Railroad Bridge Park, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road, Sequim.
 
David is an avid naturalist as well as an accomplished wildlife and bird photographer. He has extensive experience leading birding and natural history tours across the world traveling through more than eighty countries spanning every continent.
 
Dave’s fascination with ecology and excitement for the natural world has led to a lifelong passion of studying wildlife behavior, observing birds, and enjoying the many facets of international travel and culture. He has an advanced knowledge of the countries being discussed, and has an expert understanding of birds and wildlife ecology throughout the world.
 
The program is free and open to the public.
