Sequim couple arrested on drug charges

A Sequim couple was arrested on drug charges Wednesday afternoon after methamphetamine, prescription drugs and cash were found during a search of their home.

Heidi E. Irwin-Loran, 37, and James C. Loran, age 39, were booked into Clallam County Jail on charges of delivery of controlled substances and possession with intent to deliver controlled substances.

Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team detectives and Sequim police officers searched the couple’s home in the 1000 block of West Deseret Avenue.

It was the result of an investigation into the sales of methamphetamine and prescription pills.
