The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula kicks off its annual Campaign for Kids with two Spring Flings on April 7 from 10 a.m.-noon in Sequim, 400 W. Fir St., and 1 p.m.-3 p.m. in Port Angeles, 2620 S. Francis St. Children can participate in free activities such as egg hunts and meeting the Easter Bunny. Organizers said the event helps bring awareness to the campaign that runs through the end of the summer with a goal of $80,000 for the clubs’ operations. Last year’s campaign met the same goal after donors stepped up in the last few weeks of its run to make up a $20,000 gap. For more information, contact the Boys & Girls Clubs at 683-8095.
