Farm Tour needs volunteers

The 17th Annual Clallam County Farm Tour is almost here and North Olympic Land Trust in partnership with WSU Extension is seeking volunteers to help out with Farm Tours again this year. The main need right now is for volunteers to help with parking and to greet guests as they arrive while handing out Farm Tour information. Shifts are 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1 p.m.-4 p.m.

Forum on schools set

A community forum regarding the “Future of Our Schools’ Facilities” is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the Helen Haller Elementary School library, 350 W. Fir St.
