P.T. walk set for Saturday

The Olympic Peninsula Explorers host a 5- or 10-kilometer walk on Saturday, Dec. 14, at Fort Townsend. Sign up at the Subway Restaurant, 1300 Water St., Port Townsend. The group leaves the restaurant at 9:30 a.m. for Fort Townsend; parking requires a Discovery Pass at the park, so carpools are possible if you don’t have one. Restrooms are available at the start and finish.

Walk along nature/hiking trails through the heavily wooded park, with views of the Cascades and Admiralty Inlet.
