Sequim Chamber is seeking nominations for top Citizen award

Help the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce recognize members of the community who have dedicated considerable time and energy to the community above and beyond the expectations of their job in 2013.

The Citizen of the Year program is sponsored by the chamber to recognize persons who contributed significantly to the Sequim-Dungeness Valley community. Each year the chamber selects a Citizen of the Year and two awards for Community Service.

Nomination applications are accepted at the chamber during December and January and the awards are presented at the Feb. 25 luncheon. Applications are available by contacting the chamber at 683-6197, via e-mail at info@sequimchamber.com or online at www.sequimchamber.com. The nomination deadline is Jan. 31.
