Coed soccer league starts in 2012

Peninsula College is home to an adult coed soccer league this winter.

The five-on-five league has three divisions: competitive, not-as-competitive and women only. Games are at the college gym, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

Cost is $35 per player or $250 per team. Each team gets at least seven games with a tournament at season’s end.

Play is two 25-minute halves. Space is limited to 24 total teams.

Applications and fees must be received by Jan. 2.
