The uniforms looked the same, but the outcome hardly rested on a last-second shot.
Bremerton’s Knights sought revenge for their last-second loss to Sequim on Jan. 12 and got it Friday night with a 73-42 blowout of the Wolves in Bremerton.
Jarell Flora and Charles Wilson scored 17 points each and Andre Coleman added 15 points as the Knights blistered the visiting Wolves with leads of 36-20 by halftime and 51-29 after three quarters.
Ten days previous, John Textor sank a pair of last-second free-throws to upset the league leaders.
With Friday night’s win, the 3A Bremerton squad (8-2 in league play, 8-4 overall) retained a slim, half-game lead in the Olympic League standings, just ahead of North Mason (7-2, 10-2).
Michael Dunning led the Wolves (6-4, 6-7) with 10 points while Textor, Frank Catelli and Corbin Webb had six points each.
Sequim was slated to play rival Port Townsend on Jan. 25. The Wolves travel to Kingston on Jan. 29.

For three quarters, Textor’s quick hands kept
Sequim ahead of the Eagles’ talons.
In the fourth quarter, it was teammate Webb clipping the Eagles’ wings.
The Sequim pair combined for 30 points as the Wolves surged past host Klahowya 59-40 on Jan. 19.
After the Klahowya coaches were called for a technical foul with four minutes left in the final quarter, Webb sank a pair of free throws to spur a 16-2 Sequim run that turned a five-point lead into a 19-point win.
