Wolves fall in finale

Sequim’s girls soccer squad had a tough end to their 2010 campaign, facing – and falling to – the league champs.

Klahowya topped Sequim 6-0 on Oct. 26, denying the Wolves a shot at their first league victory.

Five different Eagles scored, with two coming off the foot of Acaia Cook, to help the Eagles win the Olympic League championship.

The loss left Sequim winless in league play and 1-13-1 overall.

The Wolves’ lineup features a slew of players eligible to return next season, including three freshmen, eight sophomores and six juniors.
