Milestone: Award from PT Smooth Talkers

Richard Abell of the PT Smooth Talkers Toastmaster Club was awarded his Competent Communications Certificate.

The award was presented by president Victoria Kelley.

The Smooth Talkers meet at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesdays at Sea Port Landing Retirement, 1201 Hancock St., Port Townsend.
