Crash near Chehalis injures Sequim man

A Sequim man was injured and airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after crashing his motorcycle on Interstate 5 just north of Chehalis at bout 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 27.

According to a Washington State Patrol report, Eric T. Thomas, 50, was traveling northbound on I-5 when traffic slowed in front of him, causing Thomas to lose control and crash the motorcycle. Thomas was cited for speeding too fast for conditions, the state patrol report indicated.
