Lavender race blooms

Receiving the check is Chuck Preble, member of the Olympic Discovery Trail board. The Tour de Lavender continues to grow with volunteer support from the local and regional cycling community. This year’s event drew over 230 riders, about double last year’s participants. A new road bicycle — provided by All Around Bikes — was raffled off as part of the event.
