Estes couple celebrates their 70th
Gene and Shirley Estes of Sequim celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in February with two of their seven children, daughters Robyn Braidwood and Marcia Kent, at a Mexican restaurant in Sequim. They were married on Feb. 23, 1945, in Mount Helix, Calif. He is 88 and she is 89.
