Feb. 19, 2:19 a.m. — a son, Braylen Wayne Welch, 6 pounds 5 ounces, to Amy Groff and Billy Welch Jr., Sequim.

Feb. 28, 10:12 a.m. — a son, Bennett James Castell, 8 pounds 3 ounces, to James and Sarah Castell, Sequim.
