Milestone: Rotary honors Payne with award

Claire Payne was named Sequim Sunrise Rotary’s February Middle School Student of the Month.

She is the daughter of William and Pamela Payne.

Her favorite subjects are language arts and physical education and she enjoys playing soccer and basketball.

Payne would like to graduate from high school and play soccer in college.
