Olympic Peninsula Academy presents “Don’t Stop Believin’!” by Craig Sodaro and music/lyrics by Bill Francoeur for three shows this weekend.

Tanner Berryhill, who plays Bubba the bully, said a group of inner city teens are trying to save their community center by winning a glee club contest to prevent city council members from tearing the center down for a parking garage.

Students perform at 7 p.m. Friday, June 5, and 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Sequim High School Auditorium, 533 N. Sequim Ave.

Entry is free with donations helping the drama program along with a bake sale’s proceeds.

The academy’s drama class has met two hours a week leading up to this production led by enrichment coaches Michele Canepa and DeeDee Nielsen.

Students in grades kindergarten-fourth grade perform their “Snow White and Katchus” the first two shows and reenact their bloopers from the last show.
