Milestone: Noon Rotary lends a hand … and chairs

Sequim Noon Rotary donated more than 275 white vinyl lawn chairs to the Sequim School District for use at annual outdoor graduation ceremonies and other events during the school year.

“Over the years, our club has supported the district by loaning chairs for the graduation ceremony,” Noon Club President Sara Maloney said. “This year, we chose to reduce our inventory by donating the chairs needed by the school district while retaining a limited quantity for loan to other nonprofit groups as needed.”
