Baha’i communities meet

The Baha’i communities of Sequim and Clallam County East will host a devotional meeting at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim. Eastern Hills offers Bible school

Eastern Hills Community Church, 91 Savannah Lane, offers a free Vacation Bible School for children ages 4-sixth grade from 9 a.m.-noon July 27-31. Parents and guardians can register online at www.ehcchurch.org. Call 681-4367 with questions.

Taize service set

All are welcome to the ecumenical Taize service at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church (525 N. Fifth Ave.), starting at 7 p.m. Monday, July 27.

In a meditative candlelit atmosphere which includes singing simple repetitive songs, one may simply sit peacefully during the hour long service or join in the chorus while experiencing the calming effect of being in God’s presence. Taize continues the fourth Monday of each month.
