Professional accordionist to play at Sequim social

Join fellow accordion players, enthusiasts and dancers for an afternoon of music and fun at the Sequim Accordion Social from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, at the Shipley Center, 921 E. Hammond St., Sequim.

The featured player will be the Bonnie Birch Trio from Seattle. Birch began studying the accordion at age 7 and focused mainly on classical-style playing. She entered and won many competitions which resulted in a performance in Carnegie Hall.

A donation of $2-$3 is suggested at the door.
