Girls tennis: Sequim tops rival Port Angeles 6-1 at home, keeps hold on third

Sequim’s girls tennis team (9-5 overall) finish their season this week vying for better placement at the Olympic League Championships set for May 10-11 at North Kitsap High School in Poulsbo.

Last week, they lost two of three matchups with North Kitsap 6-1 on April 26 and Olympic 4-3 on April 29 but defeated Port Angeles 6-1 at home on April 28.

As of May 2, the Wolves remain in third place in the Olympic League behind North Kitsap (12-0) and Kingston (9-3).
