Deputies seeking suspect in grocery store burglary

The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person or persons involved in an apparent burglary of Lake Pleasant Grocery Store.

At about 4:45 a.m. on June 20, store owner James “Clell” Henson discovered his business, located at 200371 Highway 101 in Beaver, had been burglarized.

Henson found that cash, alcohol and tobacco products were missing from the store.

Deputies from the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and initiated an investigation, determining that unknown suspect/suspects forcibly entered the store through the back of the business.
