Olympic Christian School recently finished writing books and hosted a Young Authors festival. Awards were given for authors (first, second and third place) and for best illustrators in each grade (1-7).

OCS Young Authors Awards winners include:

First grade — 1. Cameron Peters; 2. Julia Myers; 3. Katie Bacon. Illustrator: Memry Noel

Second grade — 1. Madison Broker; 2. Luke Smith; 3. Loujina Van Proyen. Illustrator: Madison Broker

Third grade — 1. Liliana Newburg; 2. Gracie Broker; 3. Mya Callis. Illustrator: Mya Callis

Fourth grade — 1. Sofia Myers; 2. Alijah Brown; 3. Arwen Jones. Illustrator: Sofia Myers
