GREYWOLF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Kindergarten registration and screening was on May 6, so if you missed it bring proof of address (mortgage, lease agreement, PUD, phone bill, etc.) along with certified birth certificate (hospital footprints) and vaccinations to the school. Students will not be registered until the school has a birth certificate. Registration packets are available now for pickup in the office, and class assignments begin soon.
From 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, Greywolf is taking over the Sequim YMCA. This is a Greywolf friends and family event and fundraiser for the Parent-Teacher Association during YMCA after-hours. The event features a silent auction with open swim, open gym and movies upstairs. Admission by donation.
Greywolf hosts a “Willy Wonka” performance from 6-8 p.m. in the gymnasium on Wednesday, June 12.
HELEN HALLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The Helen Haller Parent-Teacher Organization and fifth-grade students put on a car wash in mid-May to raise funds for their June 14 field trip to the Pacific Science Center. The fundraiser brought in more than $700!
The Helen Haller Shoe Drive “runs” through Friday, June 7. Bring your gently worn or new shoes (sneakers or tennis shoes only) to benefit Haller students and families. Donations may be dropped off in the tubs in front of the school either before or after school. Make sure to put the shoes in the tubs marked with your student’s teacher’s name. The class with the most donations earns a pizza party!

The Eighth Grade Moving On ceremony at Sequim Middle School is set for 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, in the school gymnasium.
The SMS field trip to Wild Waves is Thursday, June 13.
