Jennifer Burkhardt, Olympic Medical Center’s Chief Human Resources Officer, honored nine employees at a recent board of commissioners’ meeting.

As part of Olympic Medical’s “So much more than a hospital week” celebration, the administrative leadership team served staff appreciation barbecue lunches in Port Angeles and Sequim including the night shift at the hospital.

“These employees went above and beyond to set up the grill, tables and supplies in three locations, and prepared and helped serve the food. Their efforts helped these events run smoothly,” Burkhardt said.

Seasons Café staffers honored were chef Matt Fineout, production manager Rebecca Beck, Jill Selgado, John Kuhlmann and Samantha Rook.

Plant operations staff honored were John Aten, Dale Dawley, Riley Shea and Tyson Zimmel.
