Milestone: Sequim’s Smith retires from US Navy

Anthony Smith, a native of Sequim and graduate of Sequim High School class of 1993, retired after 21 years of service in the United States Navy on Saturday, June 22.

Commander Anthony Smith was joined by friends and family in a retirement ceremony to recognize and celebrate his service to the country. He was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal for his performance during his last tour of duty.
