Port Angeles man injured in collision with Sequim driver

A Port Angeles man was injured in a collision with a Sequim driver near Morse Creek on Jan. 13 in Port Angeles.
According to a Washington State Patrol report, 79-year-old Gary Ross of Sequim was driving southbound on Masters Road when he attempted to turn eastbound on U.S. Highway 101, colliding with a pickup driven by Shane Lowe, 41, of Port Angeles.
Lowe was injured and transported to Olympic Medical Center; Ross was uninjured.
Ross, was charged with failure to yield.
Lowe was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt.
Both vehicles were totaled.
The two men were the only occupants of the vehicles, State Patrol said.
